Each year, livingHR hosts Caresgiving, a giving-themed event meant to celebrate our team and thank our friends, family, colleagues, partners, clients, and our community for supporting the work that we love to do. Perhaps most importantly, we also use this annual event as an opportunity to unite for good and amplify impact.

Since 2017, the livingHR team has hosted Caresgiving in our HQ's hometown of Tampa Bay, inviting the community to join us in giving back. We like to ring in the holiday season by amplifying our impact and reminding everyone that when we band together, we can make great change.livingHR chooses a non-profit partner each year to bring awareness to their mission and provide an opportunity to support their important work. The event incorporates a few avenues for giving, including a silent auction with "Capsules for Good," which creates themed packages of goods from organizations that give back themselves. Our version of a silent auction compounds giving each year.For 2019, we partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas & West Pasco Counties, and were able to donate $10,000 in proceeds from the event, supporting their mission to help families build and improve places to call home.
