A simple concept: create a central place to highlight our heroes on our frontlines who are seeking support with those who can give it. The Giving Chain collects calls for support (of any kind), organizes them in a database, and gives access to givers who can claim/fulfill the need. Together, we can build a chain of giving that connects us all.
